How to connect Grass Valley K-Frame to Fantago
- Open the Fantago Dashboard and click Add Device.
- Pick the Grass Valley K-Frame handler from the device type list (internal id
gv_kframe). - Enter the IP address of your Grass Valley K-Frame, then set protocol UDP and port
5000. - Save and connect. Fantago starts polling the device and publishes its feedback variables, ready to use in panels, sequences and logic flows.
- Drag the actions below onto a panel button, a Stream Deck key, a schedule or a logic flow node.

Note:
The K-Frame protocol is a complex binary UDP protocol with a multi-stage handshake. Direct external triggers via simple strings are not recommended. Use the built-in actions.
